Shipping policy

At Skilled Trades Society, we want to be upfront about how shipping works.

All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. This means your item is produced specifically for you after you place your order.

Production Time Orders are typically produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days depending on your location. US orders are generally on the faster end of this range.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days please contact us at skilledtradessociety@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
